Teaching others how to do gymnastics, has been an on going learning process my entire life and I believe this is true for all coaches. Sometimes I see drills from other gyms, coaches, the internet and sometimes even from my own gymnasts playing around with a certain skill. I make notes of this drills and try to use them as much as possible when I teach gymnastics.
Nobody owns a skill or drill and there is no shame in using drills you have seen from other gyms or coaches. This website is a collection of skills and drills I have learned and seen others use in their gym, actually very few of my drills are my own.
If you have a good drill then write to me about the drill. Add as much information, sketches, video and description as possible. If I agree and approve the drill then I will create the artwork and article for the drill and post it on the website.
You can use the contact form on this website or you can send me an email directly to: firstname.lastname@example.org
I would like to add a video section to this website about drills. If you have video for any of the drills on this website and would like to free give it then send it to me at: email@example.com (if the video is too long, request a dropbox location from me)
I can not use youtube videos, because they can be deleted at any time by the user that has uploaded them.
I’m only human and do make mistakes. If you see an article that is formulated incorrectly, spelling mistakes or just don’t agree about the execution then please contact me with the corrections.
Together we can make this website better!
